1) rate will include Jeff Knutsen as your recording engineer: jeffknutsen.com

2) for hourly rated sessions, billing begins at the time booked by the client and continues until final load out.

3) a 50% deposit is required in advance at time of booking. This is non-refundable if a session is canceled with less than 72hrs notice. Balance payment is due, in full, at the end of the session. No files or other media produced at the studio shall be released to clients until full payment has been received and/or cleared through our bank account.

4) we cannot provide physical or digital storage under any circumstances & will not be responsible for any files/media left by a client at the studio beyond the duration of the time booked. Please bring an external hard drive to make backup files during your sessions. This external drive should be Mac formatted with either Firewire 800, USB 2.0 or Thunderbolt. USB Flash drives work as well. We recommend bringing the backup drive on the first day of a session.
